We understand that every business has unique requirements. Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refund Cases

Duplicate payment made accidentally.
Payment deducted but service was not activated.
Technical issues caused by MYBIZHOST Solutions that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Refunds approved by our management after review.

Digital Products & Service Policy

Because our products are digital and many services begin immediately after purchase, the following are generally non-refundable:

Once work has commenced or a digital product has been delivered or activated, refunds are generally not available.

Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

Final Decision & Processing

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of MYBIZHOST Solutions after evaluating each case.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking or payment gateway processing times.
Processing fees, taxes, domain registration fees, and third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation:

Stops future renewals.
Does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
Does not affect services already delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

You change your mind after purchase.
You no longer require the service.
Incorrect information was provided during registration.
The service has been successfully delivered or activated.
Your account is suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
